How it Works
These online training plans are plans suitable for everybody at different ability levels however the plan will be a 100% tailored and customized to your goals and needs, the plans include either home based/outdoor workouts or gym based workouts. You will be working directly with one of our trainers who have enough experience to guide you to get to where you want to be. Depending on which package you subscribe to you will be sent a plan via email.
If you are on a Gold plan subscription, we ask you to check in with us once a week via email or whatsapp for us to review your progression and make any necessary adjustments.
Upon purchasing a plan, you will then be sent all the information you need including a check-in form via email so you have nothing to worry about and we will take care of the rest.
If you would like a plan longer than 4 weeks please do inform one of our trainers for further details.
Please mention any dietary allergies when sending the client questionnaire form back to us so we can personalise your plan and exclude any restrictions
