Weekly Progress Report

We want you to fill this report in every 2 weeks for the entire duration of your time working with us, as it allows us to make accurate changes to your program. The original diet and training program we gave you is tailored by the information you gave us in your questionnaire. However, everyone is different and everyone reacts differently to certain foods and certain exercises. By filling this out and sending it back to us every two weeks, we can make all the necessary changes to your program to ensure you see the results consistently, throughout the 4-12-week period. Please save this document, fill it in every 2 weeks and attach it in your email update to us so we can look over your progress and make changes accordingly.

This progress report will be great for you to look over at the end of your program, to see how far you have come in just 8 weeks. Sending progress photos are optional, if you are not comfortable that is fine, we understand but they will assist in making changes to your program. If you are comfortable sending progress photos, could you please send them at week 4,6,8,10,12 alongside your week 1 images for me to compare.
